COMPENSATION
Year one guaranteed salary: $128,000- $140,000 (depending on experience) Earnings potential after year one: Up to $175,000 (production-based)

Pendleton Family Medicine offers same-day appointments and extended hours, reflecting a practice built around genuine patient access rather than volume-driven scheduling. The team of six providers, with two new DOs joining in 2025, is growing with intention and looking for an APP who wants to be part of that momentum.Team:
