Job Description
A highly established, reputable private practice in Southern Oregon, is seeking a BE/ BC Ophthalmologist to join its growing team, reside in an outdoor enthusiast's dream destination!
Opportunity Highlights:
- Comprehensive practice with mentorship available
- Outpatient Focused with 1 scheduled Surgery OR Day
- 4-Day Work Week Available
- Join a team of 3 physicians and 2 ODs committed to delivering a high level of care
Compensation Details:
- Earning potential is $800,000K+, Guaranteed Base Salary plus production bonus
- $50,000K Credit Towards Practice Buy-In
- 1-2 year Partnership Track, Buy into the Practice, Real Estate, and ASC
- Full Benefits, plus 401K plan and profit sharing plan, malpractice coverage, plus tail is included. CME allowance and PTO.
- Sign-on Bonus is Negotiable plus paid relocation up to $10,000
