Advantage:

Enjoy a highly desirable schedule of 15 eight-hour shifts per month .

Shift Times:

06:00-14:00 | 09:00-17:00 | 14:00-22:00 | 17:00-01:00 | 22:00-06:00.

Pacing:

Average 1.5 to 2.0 patients per hour. No "Admin"

Call:

Your time off is strictly protected; there are no call responsibilities outside your scheduled shifts.

APP Support:

APPs are on-site daily from 11:00 to 23:00 to assist with patient flow.

Specialist Access:

A 10-bed ICU is supported by dedicated Hospitalists, Intensivists, and Pulm/CC specialists. We offer a transparent and competitive hourly structure that rewards productivity and night-shift coverage: Emergency Department Differentials/Bonuses Base Starting Rate $240.00 per hour worked $50.00 per hour worked $750.00 bonus per shift $120.00 per hour worked
