Job Description

The Family Medicine Locum Tenens opportunity is located in
Chiloquin, OR Location:
Chiloquin, OR 20 minutes NW of Klamath Falls, OR
  • Duration:
    June August (Option to extend) searching for perm (open for locum to perm
  • Reason for coverage: Two locum contracts are expiring June 3 been there 1.5 years (providers family situation changed, need to be closer to home
  • Schedule:
    Monday Friday 7a-4.30p (no weekends no call
  • Call:
    N/A
  • Patient volume: 20 patients per day
  • Scope:
    Bread and butter outpatient primary care
  • EMR:
    NextGen
  • Hospital:
    Outpatient clinic
•
Group/support:
RN/FNP 2
FNP, Medical Director DNP, few specialized providers that rotate through
  • Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or Board Eligible, current DEA, license out of state OR license within 90 days ACLS certification fully vaccinated. Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice
  • PAID for locum opportunities Assistance with credentialing provide
