Job Description

Addiction Medicine Medical Director opening in ORLocated in Lebanon, ORFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a full time Addiction Medicine Physician to join the team in Lebanon, OR. 4.5 - 5 day a week schedule, M - F. 27 patient facing hours a week, split between residential patients and recovery clinic Competitive salary, relocation & starting bonus, CME, med mal/tail and full benefits Collaborative environment working closely with 4 addiction medicine clinicians, CDACs, peer supports and larger care team to coordinate care and ensure seamless support Mentorship program to connect you with a local Samaritan to better settle into new community
