POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient-only psychiatry role serving adults and children Mission-driven behavioral health organization focused on long-term patient outcomes Evidence-based psychiatric care within collaborative clinical environment Fully supported outpatient setting designed to prioritize continuity of care and provider balance Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in established behavioral health program

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$240,000+ Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday outpatient schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No inpatient call responsibilities mentioned ROLE Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management Treat adult and pediatric patient populations Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health team Maintain evidence-based treatment planning and continuity of care Support long-term behavioral health outcomes within community-focused setting
