POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient Family Medicine role serving patients of all ages Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving rural Pennsylvania and western New York communities Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options available Opportunity to practice community-focused medicine with strong provider support

COMPENSATION

$280,000 for five-day clinic schedule $250,000 for four-day clinic schedule Compensation based on experience Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available

SCHEDULE

Four-day or five-day clinic schedule options No weekend requirement Optional weekend shifts available Approximately five phone-call days monthly Physicians serve as third-string after-hours call coverage ROLE Provide outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations Manage preventive care, chronic disease treatment, and acute care visits Average patient volume of 16-20 patients daily Opportunity to perform office procedures based on experience and preference Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR platform
