Primary Care Physician Primary Care Darby- Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital- Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Location:
Darby, PA Primary Care Darby, part of Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Pennsylvania market. Primary Care Darby offers a range of services, including general primary care, management of acute and chronic illnesses, and preventive health screenings. In addition to general internal medicine, the center provides specialized care, including an endocrinology clinic, and a multitude of specialties. Practice Highlights Established practice Opportunity to build a robust patient panel Organizational support to drive practice growth and community engagement Integrated Epic EMR Strong referral network within Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Role Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Emphasize preventive care and population health management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives Schedule & Call Full-time schedule (36 patient-facing hours) Flexible scheduling options available On-call responsibilities (1:5 call schedule), phone-only Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage with tail Generous
