INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY OPPORTUNITY
|
PENNSYLVANIA
We are seeking a dedicated Interventional Cardiologist for a high-impact locum assignment starting July 1. This role offers a streamlined workflow within a well-equipped hospital setting, supported by dedicated advanced practice providers to ensure efficient patient management.
POSITION OVERVIEW
START DATE:
July 1, 2026
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) plus weeknight beeper call.
WEEKEND/HOLIDAY REQUIREMENTS
24-hour call coverage including the July 4th holiday.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Inpatient hospital rounding and procedures. Weekend coverage includes Interventional and General Cardiology rounding.
SUPPORT STAFF
Nurse Practitioner assistance is provided for weekend and holiday rounding.

PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS
STEMI coverage is required.
PROCEDURAL NOTES
No TEEs required.
CALL VOLUME
Average of 3 hours of callbacks per day on Saturday and Sunday.
FACILITY AND LOCATION
PRACTICE SETTING:
Hospital-based.
LOCATION
Pennsylvania (Specific facility details provided upon credentialing).
REQUIREMENTS
CERTIFICATION:
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible.
LICENSURE
Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year of experience in Interventional Cardiology.
CREDENTIALS
Active DEA required. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with a current CV for immediate consideration.
