Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our integrative healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of ALL ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to best practices in medical ethics and HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient examinations and diagnostic evaluations to assess health status. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences. Provide treatment for acute and chronic illnesses. Collaborate with specialists for referrals and coordinate comprehensive care for patients. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in research activities to stay updated on medical advancements and improve patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive measures, and wellness strategies. Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; additional certifications in Pediatrics or Dermatology are a plus. Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment. Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and treatment protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of primary care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
