Hanover, PA Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN Physician to join a growing women's health program within a collaborative, team-based environment. This role offers full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care, supported by experienced physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers. Physicians will benefit from strong specialty support, access to a broad referral network, and a practice environment designed to promote both clinical excellence and work-life balance. Shift /
Schedule:
Full-time position Day and evening schedule Shared call rotation with an attractive schedule
Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures Manage outpatient clinic visits and inpatient care as needed Collaborate with midwives, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in shared call coverage and delivery services Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination Deliver high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care Contribute to practice growth and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license DEA certification Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
