Kane, PA Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for an Otolaryngologist to serve as the primary ENT provider within a community hospital setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop an ENT service line while delivering comprehensive care for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. The position provides a balanced mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities, along with the autonomy to shape and grow the practice, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and integrated healthcare system. Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive ENT surgeries Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care Serve as the primary ENT provider and lead development of the service line Collaborate with primary care providers, audiology, speech therapy, and other specialists Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination Maintain accurate and timely patient records Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-focused environment
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license DEA certification Strong clinical, surgical, and leadership skills Commitment to patient-centered care and community engagement
