Qualifications Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA Board Certified or Board Eligible EMR experience Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record Posted Max Pay Rate Posted Min Pay Rate Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
