POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient Psychiatry role focused on evidence-based behavioral healthcare for children Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support provider balance and continuity of care Mission-driven behavioral health organization emphasizing culturally sensitive psychiatric services Collaborative outpatient care environment with full clinical and administrative support staff Community-centered practice in one of western Pennsylvania's most recognized historic towns

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$240,000+ based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Outpatient-only practice environment ROLE Provide evidence-based psychiatric care within outpatient setting Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions in children Develop patient-centered psychiatric treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes
