Job Description

Seeking a
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Mandated Requirements :
Board Certified in Family Medicine or internal medicine
  • REQUIRED PA
    license (or willing to obtain)
  • REQUIRED DEA
    (or able to obtain)
  • REQUIRED
    Clean malpractice/license
  • REQUIRED
    Does the provider require visa support
  • J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field)
  • REQUIRE State License
  • Pennsylvania (PA) Compensation and benefits : Salary range $265,000
  • 280,000 based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time
  • 27 days/year Student Loan Forgiveness Program Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short
  • and long-term disability Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc.
up to $1,500/year $3,000 towards CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid 403(b) with a company match up to 10% Professional Liability Insurance with tail
