COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$220,000+ based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 SCHEDULE Monday through

Wednesday:

8:00 AM•4:30

PM Thursday:

10:30 AM•7:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM•4:30 PM Outpatient-only practice setting ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams
