Job Description

MD needed for SNF/LTD inPalmyra, PACampbell Town, PAOnly 7 miles between each buildingBC/BE IM, FP or GERMD start out 1-2 days/week but expected growth can lead to M-F; 40hr work weekHours 8A-5PPay $120/hr. all-inclusive rateHard start date Jan 4thLocum to perm preferredAcute Issues for Call will rotate every 4-5 weeks; telephone only (discuss treatment or refer to Hospital)Ability to document on site or at home; laptop provided; document within 24-48hrs max.

Responsible for Admissions and Re-certificationsServe in a support role for NP for chronic patientsNP pre-rounds; full H&PExpect 20-25 patients between two sitesDue to new site in PA, staff will be available with MD onsite for the first weekPA Medical License requiredDEA requiredClean background for expedited credentialingPlease submit CV today and best day/time to discuss.
