Hematology/Oncology Physician Opportunity
- Ephrata, Pennsylvania INDITP Requirements Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC eligibility DEA required ✅ Full-time schedule
- 5 clinic days per week ✅ Day shifts (8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM) ✅ Established patient panel from day one ✅ Average 15 patients per day ✅ Adult Hematology & Oncology practice ✅
