UPMC Presbyterian is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our highly skilled IR team! Work a daylight Monday-Friday schedule with rotating evenings, weekends, holidays, and holiday call coverage. A 30-minute response time is required during call shifts. Apply today and elevate your career with UPMC Presbyterian! What You'll Do Administer contrast under protocol and support physicians during interventional procedures. Demonstrate expert positioning and radiographic techniques for a wide range of IR exams. Review patient history and physician orders to ensure accurate, high-quality imaging. Document patient information in the electronic medical record with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure all studies are properly coded, tracked, archived, and charged within RIS and ISITE systems. Collaborate seamlessly with IR colleagues and other departments to expedite patient care. Provide support for general radiographic procedures when needed.
