General Surgery opening in St. Marys, PALocated in St. Marys, PA - Pittsburgh, PA 140mFull-time; PermanentEmployedSeeking BC -
Experience Required Overview:
Solo Surgeon position, with no backup (Experienced Surgeons Required) Broad general surgery scope with required endoscopy procedures Practice supported by strong primary care and specialty referral network Minimal call requirements (primarily post-op related) Access to 4 operating rooms Work within a physician-led organization Opportunity for consistent surgical volume with strong community need
Comp/Benefits:
Base salary: $526,000 + uncapped wRVU incentives $25K sign-on bonus $10K relocation assistance $75K student loan assistance Malpractice with tail coverage provided
CME:
$3,500 + 40 hours annually 25 days PTO Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan (403b with employer match)
