The ideal candidate for Otolaryngology (ENT) is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ENT specialist with proven leadership experience and a passion for advancing patient care, education, and clinical excellence. This individual will join a well-established, high-volume ENT program that offers comprehensive services, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology, supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. A commitment to mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture is essential.Pay:
$400,000.00- $450,000.
