Day shift Job Description A well-established, integrated healthcare network is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing, community-based primary care practice. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused position offering the opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive, team-oriented environment backed by a large, nationally recognized health system. Physicians will have access to a comprehensive specialty network, advanced diagnostic resources, and modern electronic medical record systems to support high-quality, efficient patient care. The role is designed to promote strong work-life balance with minimal call responsibilities and a collaborative care model. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Collaborate with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using an integrated EMR system
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care optimization
Provide patient education on preventive care and wellness strategies
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and organizational standards
Participate in on-call responsibilities (primarily phone-based, minimal burden)
Requirements & Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Ability to obtain an unrestricted state medical license
DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
