POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive relationship-driven medicine Collaborative clinical environment with full support staff and structured workflows Community-focused healthcare organization emphasizing long-term continuity of care Stable outpatient-only setting allowing providers to focus on quality patient outcomes Pennsylvania communities known for strong regional heritage, outdoor recreation access, and close-knit neighborhoods
COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$220,000+ based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

PM Wednesday and Thursday:

  • 1:30 PM Outpatient-only practice setting ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams
