The institution maintains established protocols for cardiovascular disease management and patient care delivery. The facility supports coordinated care between inpatient and outpatient environments to ensure quality patient outcomes. About the Facility Location Stroudsburg, situated near the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, offers a range of attractions for clinicians during time away from clinical duties. The area features historical destinations such as Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm, entertainment venues including the Sherman Theater and Mayhem Amusements Arcade, and outdoor leisure activities such as paintball, golf, and wine tasting at Mountain View Vineyard, Winery, Brewery and Distillery. The Olde Engine Works and surrounding Pocono Mountain region provide additional options for exploration and recreation throughout the assignment. About the Clinician's Workday The cardiologist will provide cardiovascular care across inpatient and outpatient settings, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call coverage is required on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights and weekends. APP support is available to assist the clinician during assigned coverage periods. Board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases is required for this position.
