PM Employed Call Schedule:
1:5 weeks
Rotated Loan Repayment Compensation:
  • $265,000
  • $317,000 based on experience
  • Relocation assistance for the right candidate

DETAILS
  • Will work directly with our retiring Chief Medical Officer on a day-to-day basis
  • Provider in this role will be directly on a pathway to taking over as CMO by the end of 2027
  • 3 days seeing patients/2 days admin duties
  • Responsible for maintaining an active clinical practice in the specialty area that the individual is overseeing
  • Recruits, hires, directs, evaluates, and coordinates the professional activities of the paid and volunteer medical, dental, and other health care staff providing outpatient services
  • Balancing the duties of a physician with those of an administrator
  • Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care
  • 5+ years of experience in a community health setting
