Opportunity Highlights Schedule:

24 hour call coverage with the following dates available: May 15th 7A

• May 18th 7A June 1st 7A
• June 5th 7A June 8th 7A
• June 12th 7A June 22nd
• June 26th 5P August 3rd 7A
• Aug 7th 5

P Callback:

2-6 hours per day

Job Setting:

Hospital (Trauma Level 1), 24 hour beeper call with office/clinic visits.

Types of Cases:

Patient population over 18 (with exception of emergency torsion during call). Office visits typically 24-28 patients mixed with cysto/stent procedures.

Core procedures include:

Vasectomy, Vasectomy reversal (not mandatory), Cystoscopy in OR, Prostate procedures, Ureteroscopy in OR, Penile implants (rare), Lithotripsy, Circumcision (rare occasions for call support), Orchiopexy. Scope procedures if part of provider's practice (not required). Supervision of NP/PAs required for new APPs.

Office equipment available:

Cystoscope and Towers

• Injections.

Credentialing:

90 days for PA licensed providers; 120 days for non-licensed providers. Temporary privileges available with clean file. LT must be fully cleared 2 business days before start. NPDB self-query required at time of presentation (within 6 months). Provider questionnaire required at time of submission. Full disclosure on all malpractice required.

Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible:

BC or BE in

Urology Certifications:

DEA required (PA address required). 1 year minimum experience required.

Licensure:

PA License is preferred for quicker start. Candidate must hold active licensure in their state of residence and the state where services are provided. All active licenses will be verified.
