Qualifications Medical License Full Job Description Description:
Lindora is seeking a Collaborative/Supervising Physician to provide oversight and collaboration for our two NPs. Lindora and the DMR Collective are not APRN owned, though we employ APRNs as providers. We offer protocol guided Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Medically Guided Weight Loss with GLP-1s and anorectic medications, nutritional coaching, FDA approved inch reduction laser, and IV Hydration.Requirements:
- Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician
- Active License in Good Standing with the State of Georgia
- Actively practicing in the State of Georgia with an office within 50 miles of Peachtree Corners or Suwanee.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review and cosign 10% of patient charts quarterly.
- Make at least one annual office visit.
- Be available for consultation by our NPs via phone call
- Complete all GCMB paperwork requirements.
Pay:
$900.00- $1,000.
