This outpatient-focused role offers the opportunity to practice family medicine alongside an experienced care team of 1 physician and 3 APPs, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Schedule + Full-time | Onsite

• CentraCare
• Becker, MN + Day shifts | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am
• 5pm + Outpatient-only practice + Call by phone schedule of approximately 1:30 Pay and Benefits + Salary range: $260,000
• $500,000 per year + Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity + Salary and salary range are based on a 1.

0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate + May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. +

Qualifications Required:

+ BE/BC in Family Medicine + Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Preferred:
