Overview:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient primary care. Practice located at Granville Primary Care in Oxford, NC.Full-time schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Provide comprehensive primary care services including: Acute and chronic disease management, Preventive care and health promotion and Minor procedures (including minor laceration repair). Assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and educate patients. Order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory testing. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team. Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and clinical guideline development. Maintain continuity of care including triaging patient calls and messages. Outpatient clinic-based role.Compensation & Benefits:

Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Active North Carolina NP or PA license. Prescriptive authority (NP) or NC PA licensure. DEA (or ability to obtain). BLS required. ALS and PALS required upon hire or within 6 months. Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
