Job Description
Transformative Health and Wellness (THAW) is not your typical outpatient clinic. We are an integrative mental health and wellness center where whole-person care isn't a buzzword — it's the architecture of everything we do. Our team weaves together evidence-based psychiatry, mental health therapy, and cutting-edge Spravato® and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to create something genuinely rare: a practice that is as thoughtful about how we care as it is about what we offer. Our vision is grounded and humanistic — approachable care that honors the complexity of each person walking through our doors. We hold space for diverse clients, diverse modalities, and diverse clinicians. If you've ever felt constrained by a one-size-fits-all clinical environment, THAW was built with you in mind. The Opportunity We are expanding our services and looking for a creative, motivated Medical Provider — MD or DO — to grow alongside us. This is a rare chance to join a multidisciplinary team at the intersection of traditional psychiatry and integrative medicine, in a practice that actively invests in your professional development and personal sustainability. You'll bring your own clinical interests and specialties. We mean that. Our model is built to support the creativity of each provider while maintaining a cohesive, collaborative team approach. Whether your passion is psychedelic medicine, preventative care, integrative psychiatry, or something else entirely — there is room for it here. What Makes This Different Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy — Be part of a growing, evidence-informed modality that is reshaping mental health treatment Spravato (esketamine) — Participate in administering one of the few FDA-approved treatments for treatment-resistant depression, offered in a supervised, supportive clinical setting Truly integrative — Collaborate across disciplines including mental health therapy, physical wellness, and psychedelic medicine Provider wellbeing matters — Workloads are intentionally designed to support sustainable practice and work/life balance Bring your whole self — We practice cultural humility, value diversity, and commit to ongoing training in social justice and inclusivity Room to grow — Continuing education, creative engagement, and evolving scope are part of our culture Flexible scheduling — Day shifts, hybrid remote, and schedule flexibility to support the life you want to live
