ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

────────────────────────────────────── Pulmonics Plus is a growing specialty practice dedicated to delivering exceptional respiratory and sleep medicine care to patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Waxahachie, TX. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely in coordination with our provider schedule — giving you the autonomy of telehealth alongside the connection of in-clinic care. WHAT YOU WILL DO

────────────────────────────────────── Diagnose and treat patients presenting with respiratory disorders including asthma, COPD, and other pulmonary conditions Evaluate and manage patients with sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with physicians and other providers to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care Perform and support pulmonary function testing and related diagnostic procedures Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications Participate in both in-clinic visits and telehealth appointments per the provider schedule ──────────────────────────────────────

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

✔ Current, valid NP or PA license in the State of Texas ✔ Experience or strong clinical interest in pulmonology, sleep medicine, asthma, and/or COPD ✔ Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills ✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills — with patients, families, and care teams ✔ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team ✔ Comfortable with clinic-based and remote/telehealth care models

Preferred:

✔ Prior experience in a pulmonology, sleep, or respiratory specialty clinic ✔ Familiarity with pulmonary function testing and sleep study interpretation ✔ Experience with EMR/EHR systems in a clinical setting ──────────────────────────────────────
