The Liaison will develop and market ideas to continually engage physicians and peak their awareness of the services provided by our medical practices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare administration and personnel, and communities in the target market. Evaluate market data, competitive information, and financial data to determine effective marketing and public relations strategies to accomplish business goals Provide doctor and staff education Attend and assist with continuing education seminars Mini fellowships Lunch and Learns Maintain co-managing physician database Contact Information / Mailing Lists Touch history Co-management standing orders Provide reporting and analysis on co-managed patients Monitor trends for process improvement and effectively manage customer relationship through proactive communication with physicians. Maintain compliance and adherence to Stark, CMS, and applicable regulations Maintain inventory on educational materials in stock and communicate needs to suppliers in a timely fashion. Regularly verify quantity, correctness, and condition of educational supplies in company practices Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive salary, based upon experience 6.5 paid holidays per year + 2 Floating holidays Approximately 8 days of PTO within first year Full slate of benefits to include health, dental, vision, and 401k
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education/Experience Bachelor's degree is required; however, relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements Previous experience in Sales preferred Previous experience in medical field preferred (Optometry/Ophthalmology given precedence) Competencies/Skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented, proactive, with strong organizational skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Ability to build and maintain strong rapport with physicians, staff, and patients Ability to handle situations with confidence tact, and resourcefulness Professional integrity
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Demands:
Sedentary work requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a computer workstation Regular regional travel including driving and/or other forms of transportation Regular use of hands and fingers for keyboarding and other standard office equipment Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written means Ability to hear and understand spoken information in-person and via electronic means Visual acuity to ensure the accuracy of work performed on screens and in documents Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for extended periods
Work Environment:
This position is based in a professional office and/or remote office setting that consists of a climate-controlled indoor environment with standard office noise levels that utilizes computers, phones, and related technology. This position is field-based and requires regular regional travel to various partner locations and company meetings and events.
