Physician PC Ownership Opportunity | Part-Time | Flexible Hours We are currently seeking a Georgia-licensed physician interested in forming or expanding a Professional Corporation (PC) to serve as a delegating physician for nurse practitioners operating in Georgia This is a low time commitment opportunity for a physician who wants to support independent NP practice while maintaining full control of the clinical oversight structure. What You'll Do Form or utilize an existing Georgia Professional Corporation (PC) Enter into a Nurse Protocol Agreement with matched NP(s) through the GCMB Conduct quarterly medical record reviews Complete one annual onsite observation per NP Serve as the delegating physician of record for your NP partner(s) What You Won't Do Take on any clinical patient load from this role Handle billing, scheduling, or operations Ideal Candidate Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license Practicing in a specialty comparable to wellness, weight management, or primary care Familiar with or open to learning the PC ownership model and GCMB protocol agreement process Interested in supporting NP autonomy and independent practice Located within 50 miles of your NP partner's patient service areaJob Type:
