Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and treating mental health conditions in geriatric patients and a passion for improving patient outcomes through personalized psychiatric care. This position offers a hybrid work model between the office and patients' homes. Duties Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for geriatric patients. Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through medication management and therapeutic interventions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and patient records. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities. Stay current with best practices and advancements in psychiatry and behavioral health. Qualifications Current license to practice Psychiatry in the State of Florida. Board Certification in Psychiatry preferred. 2+ years of clinical experience preferred. Strong knowledge of psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in both English and Spanish preferred. Strong commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
