Job Description
Cerevia Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice serving adults throughout Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity to become part of a rapidly expanding organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care. We are seeking a physician interested in outpatient psychiatry, medication management, clinical collaboration, and leadership opportunities as we continue to grow our psychiatric services. Position Highlights ✔ Flexible Schedule ✔ Telehealth and In-Person Opportunities ✔ Adult Outpatient Population ✔ Administrative and Scheduling Support ✔ Established and Growing Referral Network ✔ Leadership and Program Development Opportunities ✔ Collaborative Team Environment ✔ Minimal Administrative Burden ✔ Opportunity to Help Shape Psychiatric Services Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Provide medication management services Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with therapists and other behavioral health professionals Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in case consultations and treatment planning Opportunity to provide clinical oversight and collaboration with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) as services expand Qualifications MD or DO Degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain) Active DEA Registration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred Compensation $125 - $175 per hour Flexible contractor schedule Part-time opportunities available immediately Additional compensation may be available for supervisory, leadership, or medical director responsibilities About Cerevia Behavioral Health Group Cerevia Behavioral Health Group is a growing behavioral health organization committed to expanding access to quality mental health care throughout Pennsylvania.
