The Role:

We are seeking LMSW's who are motivated to establish themselves within a growing private practice and build a consistent, engaged caseload. This role is best suited for clinicians interested in long-term growth and maintaining an active and ongoing client base.

Compensation:

$60•140 per hour/session (depending on experience and insurance reimbursement) Pay increase once LCSW is obtained Review, raise, and bonuses within 6-12 months based on caseload and growth Stipend toward CEU and clinical trainings We provide a beautiful and modern office space, handle all referrals, billing, marketing, and overhead Supervision that counts toward clinical hours

Qualifications:

LMSW in NYS Ability to provide in-person sessions at our Melville, NY office Experience providing psychotherapy in a private practice setting Must be comfortable working with adults and adolescents Familiarity and competency working with CBT, Mindfulness-based therapies, and/or Psychodynamic/insight-oriented modalities IFS, DBT, and couples work is a plus, but not required Strong clinical documentation skills with the ability to produce timely, accurate, and individualized notes that reflect clinical work and meet insurance requirements Demonstrated ability to independently manage a clinical caseload, including scheduling, organization, and documentation, within a supportive practice environment Ability and willingness to build and maintain a caseload of 15+ clients This position is not designed for clinicians seeking a small or occasional caseload

$60.00•$140.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week Application Question(s): What was your typical active weekly caseload of individual psychotherapy clients?
