• High-Volume ED Coverage (Remote & Telehealth Options) We are currently seeking Board-Certified Radiologists to support two high-acuity, fast-paced diagnostic imaging roles covering Emergency Department studies.

These positions are well-suited for physicians with strong experience in body imaging and a comfort level reading a broad spectrum of emergent cases. Both opportunities involve interpretation of CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and MRI studies, with a heavier emphasis on CT and plain films. Case mix includes adult and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatric trauma. Position 1:

Remote Evening Teleradiology Rate:

$420

• 430/hour

Schedule:

3:00 PM

• 12:00 AM (flexible 5:00 PM
• 12:00 AM option available)

Coverage:

Solo coverage from 6:00 PM

• 12:00

AM Volume:

120-140 reads per weekday; up to 150 reads on weekends

Modalities:

CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain films (CT/Plain film heavy)

Setting:

Remote Weekend Requirement:

Minimum 2 weekends/month (additional preferred)

Focus:

ED coverage with occasional pediatric trauma cases Position 2: Onsite Diagnostic Radiology•

Weekend Coverage Location:

Long Beach, CA Rate:

$440

• 450/hour

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM

• 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Requirement:

Minimum 2 weekends/month

Volume:

130-140 reads per shift; up to 150-180 on high-volume weekends

Modalities:

CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain films (CT and plain films emphasis)

Coverage:

High-volume ED setting with additional radiologist overlap from 8:00 AM

• 1:00 PM Key Requirements (Both Roles) Minimum 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience Board Certified in Radiology Active California medical license and DEA BLS or ACLS certification Proficiency with Epic EMR required Strong experience in body imaging preferred Comfortable with full-spectrum ED imaging, including occasional pediatric trauma Clean background and professional history Compliance with flu vaccination requirement or approved exemption If either of these opportunities aligns with your current availability or career goals, I'd be happy to share more details and help determine which role is the best fit.
