ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual School Psychologist to provide teletherapy services for a school in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This is a contract opportunity for a passionate professional who thrives in a remote environment and is committed to supporting students through evaluations, assessments, and virtual collaboration with families and educational teams. Location Charlotte Area Remote / Virtual Position Employment Type CSY/ESY Contract Position Potential Renewal for the Upcoming School Year As a School Psychologist, you will support Kindergarten through 5th grade students by conducting evaluations and participating in virtual meetings with parents and educational staff. You will collaborate closely with EC coordinators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive the appropriate academic and behavioral support services. Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for K-5 students Complete cognitive, educational, and behavioral testing Conduct student observations and prepare comprehensive reports Participate in virtual meetings with parents and educational teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district timelines Utilize teletherapy technology effectively to support assessments and communication Qualifications Active School Psychologist license/certification Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology Previous school-based experience preferred Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and behavioral assessments Previous virtual or teletherapy experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Benefits of a 1099 Position Greater scheduling flexibility and work-life balance Opportunity for increased earning potential Tax write-off opportunities for eligible business expenses Ability to work remotely from your preferred location Increased autonomy and professional independence Why Join ProCare Therapy?
