[Milford, CT] - In-person / Hybrid / Telehealth Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated licensed therapist to join our growing practice as an independent contractor. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy services to clients to children and adolescents. Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with the practice owner or clinical team when appropriate. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice. Maintain active licensure and professional liability insurance. Qualifications Active and unrestricted license in CT (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor. Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records preferred. Compensation & Benefits Percentage split 70/30. Flexible schedule. Referrals provided. Administrative support including billing. Opportunity to grow a caseload in a supportive practice environment.
