Johnston, Rhode IslandPosition Highlights:
Outpatient primary care settingCommunity-based practice environmentOpportunity for inpatient and/or obstetric involvement if desiredCollaborative, team-based care modelFocus on comprehensive family medicine services
Responsibilities:
On-site patient care, on-site prenatal care and after hours on-call coverage to facilitate the provision of clinical advice, and may include off-site obstetric careProvide primary care services to patients of all agesManage acute and chronic conditionsDeliver preventive care and wellness visitsCoordinate care with specialists and healthcare teamMaintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
MD or DO from accredited medical schoolBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Family MedicineActive Rhode Island medical license or ability to obtainDEA and controlled substance license requiredCPR certification required
