Job Description

Westerly Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Active U.S. medical license
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology, Palliative Care, or Home Care
- Strong background in adult primary care and chronic disease management
- Interest or experience in value-based care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
