We are seeking a motivatedand clinically proficient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join ouroutpatient vascular practice, providing care across our Warwick and NorthProvidence locations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative,patient-focused environment with exposure to a broad spectrum of vascularconditions and procedures. The Advanced PracticeProvider will play a key role in the evaluation and management of patients witharterial and venous disease in an outpatient setting. The position emphasizesclinical assessment, patient education, minor procedural support, and coordinationof care with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

Graduate of an accreditedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Active licensure in both Massachusettsand Rhode Island Current DEA registration andMassachusetts Controlled Substances Registration BLS and ACLS certificationsrequired Minimum of 1-2 years ofclinical experience preferred, ideally in vascular, surgical, or wound caresettings Experience or interest inwound management, vascular disease, and outpatient procedural care Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to engage patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Skills &Experience:

Experience with arterial andvenous conditions such as carotid stenosis, stroke, aortic aneurysms,claudication, ischemic ulcers, varicose veins, and venous ulcers Proficiency in orwillingness to learn sclerotherapy techniques Familiarity withnon-invasive vascular studies
