Care TeamQualifications:

Hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degreeBe board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal MedicinePossess a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or be willing to obtain one)Maintain a current, unrestricted DEA license

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferably, have two to five years of directly applicable experienceShowcase expertise in managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients within a value-based coordinated care environmentDemonstrate knowledge of Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators
