Seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician to join an established and growing cancer care program Focus on high-quality, patient-centered care for adult oncologic and hematologic conditions Outpatient-focused role with some inpatient responsibilities Monday ÄìFriday schedule, 8:00am Äì5:00pm Protected administrative time: 8 hours per week Shared call schedule: 1:4 rotation, primarily telephone-based, with after-hours nurse triage support Collaborative, well-supported practice environment with strong emphasis on sustainability and provider support Team structure includes physicians, APPs, dedicated clinic staff, and specialized oncology nurses Current team consists of 4 physicians and 3

Cerner with Dragon dictation and ambient AI charting support
Clinical Details:
Adult patient population Broad mix of oncologic and hematologic conditions Approximate case mix: 40% oncology / 60% hematology (flexible based on experience and interest) Visit types include new cancer diagnoses, treatment planning, chemotherapy follow-ups, and longitudinal management Management of benign and malignant blood disorders Procedures may include bone marrow biopsies and port-related procedures Participation in tumor boards and coordinated multidisciplinary care as appropriate Onsite infusion services with multiple infusion centers available Onsite lab and pharmacy support Advanced imaging and diagnostic capabilities available Teaching opportunities available through accredited training programs
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology Eligible for medical licensure in
