Job Description

Join a growing primary care team in Greenwood, SC to deliver patient-centered, community-focused family medicine. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, health education, and building lasting patient relationships. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based guidelines. Deliver preventive care and patient education on wellness and disease prevention. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and refer as appropriate. Contribute to development and improvement of primary care programs and initiatives. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (pediatrics experience optional). Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
