Key Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespanManage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive health needsRotate between clinics in Fairfax and Bamberg as neededCollaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to ensure optimal care

Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary CareEligible for South Carolina medical licensureExcellent interpersonal and clinical skillsPassion for rural health and community engagement
