Job Description
Palmetto Nephrology, PA is a private nephrology practice established in 1980 dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across office, hospital, and dialysis settings in Orangeburg, SC. We are currently seeking another BC/BE Nephrologist or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice and contribute to our mission of advancing kidney health through innovation, collaboration, and value-based care. You will be a key member of the Nephrology team providing inpatient and outpatient care for all stages of chronic and acute kidney disease including outpatient dialysis, large home-based program, pre- and post-transplant. Your duties will be assisting with dialysis rounding, outpatient clinic, and inpatient consults. No dialysis experience is needed for advanced care practitioner candidates, as we are willing to train! Must be willing to relocate to a reasonable commuting distance.
Physician would be responsible for:

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with CKD, ESRD, hypertension, and other renal-related conditions. Participate in call rotation and dialysis rounds across affiliated DaVita units. Collaborate with NPs, physician colleagues, and clinical support teams to ensure quality outcomes.
