Compensation and Benefits The compensation package includes a competitive base salary of $315,000 with the opportunity for additional production bonuses. Candidates may also be eligible for the South Dakota Recruitment Assistance Program, which provides over $125,000 in additional funds. A sign-on bonus of up to $160,000 is available, and the position offers the advantage of no state income tax. Qualifications Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree and be board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Med-Peds. The position requires proficiency in core outpatient procedures.
