OB/GYN Position Highlights:
- 4-day work week
- 1 in 5 call rotation

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base of $450,000
- Sign-on of $200,000 forgiven over 5 years
- Yearly retention bonus of $15,000
- Relocation up to $12,000
