Waverly, TN This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Under-served Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type What You Will Do Ascension Saint Thomas Three Rivers Primary Care is seeking a Full Time Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Waverly, TN.
Position Highlights:
Rural Health Clinic seeing patients of all ages Typical work schedule is M - F 7:30 - 4:30 Hospital call split 1:3 for with 2 other primary care physician in the community (this will reduce in the future as additional hospitalist are contracted) Performing routine medical procedures, exams, screening /preventive services and immunizations Working directly with 2 APPs in the clinic that have their own panel of patients Prefer experience in a rural medicine practice and someone who is a good team player Clinic is located on the Hospital Campus with easy access

Registration:
Required Credential(s): Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
